In Twists & Turns, you will learn rotational release techniques that release tension and restriction of the abdominal viscera, cranial sacral and myofascial systems. These gentle, sustained twists and turns of the body significantly improve range of motion of the spine, hips, shoulders, ribcage and cranial sutures.
