5 Elements Meditation

This meditation is Taoist in origin and involves five standing postures that activate each of the five elemental energies in the body

The postures are performed between five and ten minutes each in sequence of synergy; water, wood, fire, earth and metal.

Each meditation incorporates breath, focus and specific spine, arm and hand positioning which awakens the elemental energies and their generating organ.
