A brief one hour examination of the hidden (and not so hidden) toxins in our environment and how they affect our bodies and lives.

A strong focus will be placed on weight loss achievement and maintenance.

Physical symptoms of toxicity are described, and simple a model of how the body compartmentalizes and stores toxins is explained. During the spring and fall equinoxes the body attempts to purge these unnatural elements, with varying degrees of success.

Ridding the body of toxins is absolutely necessary for emotional, mental, and physical well being. We will review easy, low-cost solutions to assist your body during these natural detoxification times; including diet changes and supplementation. There is also an open discussion and Q & A period at the close of the presentation.
